Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Goodluck Holidays, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Because our travel packages involve advanced bookings with airlines, hotels, and local transport operators, refunds are subject to the following cancellation windows:

Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

90% Refund / Deposit Loss

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to departure

90% refund of the total tour cost or loss of non-refundable booking deposit.

50% Refund

Cancellation between 15 to 29 days prior to departure

50% refund of the total tour cost.

No Refund

Cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure or No Show

No refund will be provided.

Flight / Train Bookings

Refunds for airline or train tickets included in packages will depend entirely on the respective carrier’s cancellation policy.

How to Request a Refund

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing from your registered email address to info@goodluckholidays.com.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
